SPBCo ANNOUNCES RECERTIFICATION for G7 Master Facility Colorspace

SPBCo is pleased to announce that our operation has once again recertified in one of the most globally recognized, and most valued, pre-press/print process control qualification, as a G7® Master Facility Colorspace facility. Since 2018, SPBCo has recertified as a G7 Master Facility Colorspace Facility on an annual basis. With this certification, SPBCo continues to show our commitment to deliver quality packaging solutions consistently to our current and prospective customers.

G7 Master Facility Colorspace

This is the third level of G7 compliance and the most stringent. G7 Colorspace includes all the requirements of the G7 Targeted level (and therefore the G7 Grayscale level) and adds the matching to an entire Reference Print Condition.  This qualification specifies a step-by-step method for calibrating proofing systems and presses to a colorimetrically-gray tone curve and demonstrates that we are maintaining extremely tight tolerances throughout the whole color space.

Quality and repeatability are important to our customer base. Our commitment to the G7 method is yet another example of how we’re maximizing our Key Performance Metrics, for the external benefit of our blue-chip customer base.

We are extremely proud of our SPBCo team for once again, achieving G7 Master Facility Colorspace Qualification.

SPBCo ANNOUNCES 975 OUT OF 1000 COMPOSITE SCORE FROM ANNUAL AIB AUDIT

SPBCo is pleased to announce a 975 out of 1000 composite score from its annual audit by AIB International (formerly known as the American Institute of Baking).  This represents another strong performance by SPBCo for this comprehensive GMP audit, assuring our customers of continued compliance to the ever changing, and stringent, food contact safety standards for packaging operations.

The 2 day audit was completed on 9/30/20 and represents the 13th consecutive audit from this internationally recognized 3rd party food safety education organization.  All 13 of SPBCo’s AIB audits have achieved scores that equate to the former Superior level, the highest achievement possible. As an integral element of SPBCo’s mission to manage utilizing Key Performance Metrics, this 975 out of 1000 composite score, serves as a continuing commitment to quality compliance for our customers in the food and hygienic-oriented industries.
