SPBCo’s capabilities are ever expanding to meet the dynamic needs of our marketplace. Over the more than 85 years we’ve been in business, we’ve evolved from primarily a small gift and apparel stock box company to a medium-sized sheet-fed, large format (56") provider of custom folding cartons and services.

  • Structural design with in-house laser die-making
  • Digital pre-press with in-house plate making
  • Mill-quality sheeter with web cleaners, automatic splicing
  • 6 and 7 color KBA printing presses, aqueous or UV coatings
  • Matching Bobst CER die-cutters with in-line blanking
  • Interchangeable Bobst folder/gluers with auto-case packing
  • Written and tested contingency planning

Our quality system is modeled after ISO 9001-2000 standards and our experienced workforce is trained extensively on Standard Operating Procedures. Operating with the latest in converting technology, our associates are thus able to provide competitive unit costs, repeatable compliant quality, and shortened cycle times.

In addition, together with customer counterparts and their varied materials requirements systems, SPBCo will custom design an order management system which recognizes unique differences in product fulfillment needs. We utilize Amtech’s Imaginera ERP as our fundamental system structure.
